Rates are per night, NOT per person and

include bedlinen, towels, internet WiFi, national phone calls,

water electrical and gas consumptions.

Final house and bedlinen/towel cleaning are not included.
The reservation will become effective just after depositing 30%

of total amount by credit card, PayPal or by international wire transfer.

Settlement will be made at your arrival.
